WARRANTY PERIOD

All watches purchased from our store come with a standard one-year warranty.

WARRANTY COVERAGE

1. Movement or Battery Issues If the watch movement or battery exhibits obvious functional failures during the warranty period (e.g., the watch stops working or keeps irregular time), we will provide free replacement parts, but movement replacement requires a $30 labor fee. For movement replacements outside the warranty period, the labor fee remains $30 (parts are free).

2. Normal Wear and Tear on Case or Strap Minor scratches and wear on the case or strap are considered normal. However, if you wish to have these components polished or replaced, we will charge a service fee. For such repairs:

• Clasp replacement labor fee: $10 (parts are free)

• Hand repair labor fee: $20 (parts are free)

• Other standard component replacements incur only labor fees, with no additional parts charges.

3. Warranty Exclusions Our products feature 5ATM water resistance, suitable for everyday scenarios such as handwashing or light splashing. Please note that damage caused by water ingress is not covered under warranty.

Damage caused by accidents, improper use, unauthorized modifications, or third-party repairs.

Cosmetic issues resulting from normal use, such as fading, discoloration, or minor scratches.

⚠️ Please Note: Repairs for the above issues are not covered under warranty and will incur additional service and parts fees. After removal of the protective film, any strap-related issues (such as loose clasps or missing hands) are not covered under warranty, and repairs will incur additional charges.

After the protective film is removed, any bracelet-related issues (such as a loose clasp or missing pin) are not covered and will incur additional repair costs.


4.Shipping Costs


Customers are responsible for shipping the watch to us for service. Return shipping after the repair will be covered by us.


5.Proof of Purchase and Warranty Card Required


To request warranty service, please provide your order number, purchase screenshot, and warranty card for verification.

WARRANTY PROCESS

1.After contacting us, send the watch to the designated location. We will complete the repair within seven business days of receiving the watch and return the repaired watch to your address.

2.The shipping costs incurred during this process will be your responsibility.
