We offer a 7-day return policy. Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date the item is delivered.

Return Requests
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at skyrimservice@skyrimwrist.com to request return authorization and instructions.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

No restocking fee will be charged for approved returns.

Return Conditions
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition, including all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

Clearance items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within approximately 5–10 business days.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at skyrimservice@skyrimwrist.com and provide clear photos or videos for verification.
For confirmed defective or incorrect items, we will cover all return shipping costs and issue a full refund, including the original shipping fee.

Non-Returnable Items
Customized or DIY custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange unless a confirmed quality issue is identified, such as a non-functioning movement or assembly defect.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please place a new order for the desired product.
Once the original item is returned and inspected, a refund will be issued according to this return policy.
For exchanges resulting from confirmed product defects, we will cover all applicable shipping costs.

Accessories
For accessory purchases (such as watch straps or pins), please contact us prior to purchase to confirm availability and applicable shipping fees.
