Canceling Your Order

To cancel an order, contact us at skyrimservice@skyrimwrist.com within 24 hours of placing the order. A full refund will be issued within 1–3 business days.
If the 24-hour window has passed, please wait until your package arrives and then reach out to us to initiate the return process.

Return & Exchange

For assembly products, returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of receiving the package.

1. Product Exchange

We allow customers to exchange their purchased watch for another product available in our store. To proceed with an exchange:

The customer must place a new order for the desired replacement product.

The original product must be returned to our store, with the return label and shipping costs covered by the customer.

Once we receive the returned product, we will cancel the original order and issue a refund to the customer’s account, minus the original shipping fee.

2. Exchanges Due to Product Defects

If the exchange is due to a product defect, we will cover all shipping costs associated with the replacement process.

3. DIY Custom Product Policy

If a DIY custom product has a quality issue, we offer repair or a refund, but we do not support exchanges for other watches in our store.

4. Refund Deductions for Used, Altered, or Damaged Products

If a customer requests an exchange for another product after having used, altered, or damaged the original item, we will deduct a portion of the refund when processing the original order’s return. The deduction amount will be determined based on the condition of the returned product.

For any exchange or return inquiries, please contact us at skyrimservice@skyrimwrist.com If you are requesting an exchange due to a product defect, please attach a video clearly showing the issue in your email. This will help us process your request faster.

Refund Policy

If your return is due to a product quality issue, we will issue a full refund and cover the return shipping costs.

If the return is not due to a product defect, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping. In this case, we will deduct the original shipping fee from the refund, and the customer must purchase a return label to cover the return shipping cost.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction.

Accessory Purchase Policy

If you need to purchase watch straps, pins, or other components, please contact us via email to confirm availability before placing an order.

Once confirmed, you can proceed with the purchase at:

Price Difference Payment for the accessory itself.

Shipping Fee Payment to cover the shipping cost.
