Refund & Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

for return instructions.

No restocking fee will be charged for any returned items.

Unauthorized returns (without contacting us first) will not be accepted.

 

Return Conditions

 

Products must be returned in their original, unused, and undamaged condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories.

 

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

 

Defective or Incorrect Items

 

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at skyrimservice@skyrimwrist.com

 with clear photos or videos.

We will cover all return shipping costs and issue a full refund (including original shipping) once the product is inspected and confirmed defective.

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

DIY custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a confirmed quality issue (e.g., non-functioning movement, misaligned hands, etc.).

 

Exchange Policy

 

If you wish to exchange your item, please place a new order for the desired product.

Once the original item is returned and inspected, a refund will be issued according to the return policy.

For exchanges due to product defects, we will cover all shipping costs.

 

Accessory Purchase Policy

 

For accessory orders (watch straps, pins, etc.), please contact us before purchase to confirm availability and shipping fees.
