Return Request
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

for return instructions.
Unauthorized returns (without contacting us) will not be accepted.
General Returns
• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Returns requested between day 8 and day 14 after delivery may still be accepted but will be subject to a mandatory restocking fee.
• For remorse returns (change of mind), the customer is responsible for:
– Return shipping costs.
– A restocking fee of $40 to $120, depending on the condition of the returned product.
• A refund will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned product, excluding the original shipping fee.
Returns Due to Product Defects
Products must be returned in their original, unused, and undamaged condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at
skyrimservice@skyrimwrist.com
with clear photos or videos.
We will cover all return shipping costs and issue a full refund (including original shipping) once the product is inspected and confirmed defective.
Non-Returnable Items
DIY custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a confirmed quality issue (e.g., non-functioning movement, misaligned hands, etc.).
