1. Product Exchange
We allow customers to exchange their purchased watch for another product available in our store. To proceed with an exchange:
- The customer must place a new order for the desired replacement product.
- The original product must be returned to our store, with the return label and shipping costs covered by the customer.
- Once we receive the returned product, we will cancel the original order and issue a refund to the customer’s account, minus the original shipping fee.
2. Exchanges Due to Product Defects
If the exchange is due to a product defect, we will cover all shipping costs associated with the replacement process.
3. DIY Custom Product Policy
If a DIY custom product has a quality issue, we offer repair or a refund, but we do not support exchanges for other watches in our store.

If you are requesting an exchange due to a product defect, please attach a video clearly showing the issue in your email. This will help us process your request faster.
If your return is due to a product quality issue, we will issue a full refund and cover the return shipping costs.
If the return is not due to a product defect, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping. In this case, we will deduct the original shipping fee from the refund, and the customer must purchase a return label to cover the return shipping cost.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction.
