United States Mainland:

• If the item is shipped from a U.S. physical store, the estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days.
• If the item is not in stock at the U.S. store and needs to be shipped from Japan, the delivery time is 7–14 business days.

UK and Canada:

Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days.

Refund & Return Policy

Return Request:

Please contact us at skyrimservice@skyrimwrist.com for return instructions.

Unauthorized returns (i.e., those without prior contact) will not be accepted.

General Returns:

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Returns requested between day 8 and day 14 may still be accepted but will incur a mandatory restocking fee.

For remorse returns (change of mind), the customer is responsible for:

• Return shipping costs
• A restocking fee of $40 to $120, depending on the condition of the returned product

A refund will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned product. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns Due to Product Defects:

Return shipping costs will be covered by us.

A full refund will be issued once the product is inspected and confirmed to meet the return condition.

Condition of Returned Products:

Returned items must be in original condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories.

Refund deductions may apply in the following cases:

• Damaged straps or removed protective films: $40 to $120 restocking fee
• Missing watch links: Cost of replacement will be deducted

Please include your order number both in your email and inside the return package to help us process your request faster.

Refund Processing:

Refunds will be processed after the returned product is inspected.

Deductions may apply for used, altered, or damaged items as outlined above.

Refunds for defective products will be issued in full, including original shipping costs.

If your return is due to a product quality issue, we will issue a full refund and cover the return shipping costs.

If the return is not due to a product defect, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping. In this case, we will deduct the original shipping fee from the refund, and the customer must purchase a return label to cover the return shipping cost.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction.
