Canceling Your Order
Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of placing the order. Please contact us at skyrimservice@skyrimwrist.com to request cancellation.
After the 48-hour window, cancellations are not accepted. The order must be processed as a return.
If the package has already been shipped and is in transit, the customer must wait until the package is delivered, then return the product in its original, unused, and undamaged condition. We will issue a refund after inspecting the returned item.
Refund & Return Policy
Return Request:

Unauthorized returns (without contacting us) will not be accepted.

General Returns:
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Returns requested between day 8 and day 14 after delivery may still be accepted but will be subject to a mandatory restocking fee.
For remorse returns (change of mind), the customer is responsible for:
Return shipping costs.
A restocking fee of $40 to $120, depending on the condition of the returned product.
A refund will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned product, excluding the original shipping fee.

Returns Due to Product Defects:
We will cover return shipping costs.
A full refund will be issued once the product is inspected and confirmed to meet the return condition.

Condition of Returned Products:
Products must be in original condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories.
Refund deductions may apply for:
Damaged straps or removed protective films: A restocking fee of $40 to $120.
Missing watch links: A deduction for the cost of replacement.
Refunds are processed after the returned product is inspected.
Deductions may apply for products that are used, altered, or damaged, as described in the Return Policy.
Refunds for defective products are issued in full, including shipping costs.

DIY Custom Orders:
Returns are not accepted for DIY custom orders unless there is a clear quality issue (e.g., non-functioning movement, misaligned hands, etc.).

Standard Product Exchange:
Customers must place a new order for the desired product
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer
A refund for the original order will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned product
For exchanges due to customer preference, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs
Exchanges Due to Product Defects:
We will cover all shipping costs
To expedite the process, please provide photos or videos clearly showing the defect
DIY Custom Exchange Policy:
Exchanges for other models are not allowed for custom products.
Accessory Purchase Policy
If you need to purchase watch straps, pins, or other components, please contact us via email to confirm availability before placing an order.
Once confirmed, you can proceed with the purchase at:
Price Difference Payment for the accessory itself.
Shipping Fee Payment to cover the shipping cost.
