Every watch we sell is hand-assembled to order. You choose the case, dial, hands, bezel, strap, and logo — we build it for you in our Nashua, NH studio.

We use genuine Japan-imported NH-series mechanical movements in every watch. The watches themselves are custom-built mod pieces — not off-the-shelf branded finished products.

Our custom watches start at $260 USD. The final price depends on your selected components (case material, dial, bezel, strap, etc.).

Virtually everything — case, dial color/texture, hands style, bezel color/type, strap/bracelet, logo, and engraving. Use our online custom watch builder to design your piece.

Yes. We offer laser engraving on the caseback for personal logos, initials, or text. Note: rose gold casebacks will show silver-tone lines after engraving due to the metal's properties.

Yes. Meteorite dials are available as a custom upgrade for an additional $50.

 Standard lead time is approximately 7–15 days from order confirmation. Custom or bulk orders may take longer.

USPS or UPS Ground by default. Express shipping upgrades are available — contact us after placing your order.

You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your watch ships. Check your inbox (and spam folder).

All watches come with a warranty covering manufacturing defects. Water damage is NOT covered — any contact with water voids the warranty.

 Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned watch. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Custom-engraved watches may be subject to a restocking fee.

 First, try winding the crown 20–30 times. If it still doesn't work, submit a warranty repair request through our RMA portal.
