Canceling Your Order

To cancel an order, contact us at skyrim@skyrimwrist.com within 24 hours of placing the order. A full refund will be issued within 1–3 business days.
If the 24-hour window has passed, please wait until your package arrives and then reach out to us to initiate the return process.

Eligibility for Returns

For Assembly Products: Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of receiving the package.

For DIY Models or Assembly Products with Custom Requests: Returns are only accepted within 14 calendar days if there are quality issues or confirmed errors caused by our team.

Return Conditions:
To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following criteria:

1.Unworn and unused.

2.Retain their original tags/protective wrap.
3.Include the original packaging.
4.Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

Shipping Instructions:

If the return is due to confirmed issues caused by our team, we will provide a return label.

Otherwise, return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Authorization Required: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, initiate a return following our return process. Once approved, place a new order for the replacement.

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction.
