We offer a 7 day return policy. Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date the item is delivered.
Return Requests
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at skyrimservice@skyrimwrist.com to request return authorization and instructions.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
No restocking fee will be charged for approved returns.

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition, including all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within approximately 5–10 business days.

Defective or Incorrect Items

For confirmed defective or incorrect items, we will cover all return shipping costs and issue a full refund, including the original shipping fee.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized or DIY custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange unless a confirmed quality issue is identified, such as a non-functioning movement or assembly defect.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please place a new order for the desired product.
Once the original item is returned and inspected, a refund will be issued according to this return policy.
For exchanges resulting from confirmed product defects, we will cover all applicable shipping costs.

What is the difference between Skyrimwrist and an authentic Seiko watch?
Skyrimwrist is an independent brand that hand-assembles every watch in the U.S. We use genuine Seiko movements and high-quality components to build Seiko mods that are both reliable and truly one-of-a-kind.
Each piece is carefully crafted to combine Seiko’s trusted performance with a unique design you won’t find anywhere else.
What’s the difference between automatic and quartz movement?
Automatic watches run on a spring-driven movement powered by your wrist’s motion. If not worn, they will stop after 41 hours, but just by wearing it again during your daily activities, it will automatically resume running.
Quartz watches are battery-powered and highly accurate. They offer convenience and precision, requiring minimal maintenance.

What’s the difference between Seiko mechanical movements (NH35, NH36, NH38, NH39, NH70)?
Each Seiko movement has a slightly different function and structure:
- NH35 – The most common and reliable automatic movement, with date display.
- NH36 – Similar to NH35 but adds a day-date function.
- NH38 / NH39 – No date, cleaner dial design, often used for minimal or open-heart styles.
- NH70 – A skeletonized version, showing the internal mechanics in motion.
All are automatic, self-winding, and built with Seiko’s precision — the main differences lie in display functions and visual design.
Can I wear it while swimming or showering?
No. Most of our watches are rated 5 ATM for everyday water resistance. However, we don’t recommend wearing it while showering or swimming. The conditions in those environments, such as water vapor, differ from accidental water exposure, and may affect the watch. Water damage is not covered under warranty.
How can you cancel an order if you are not satisfied?
• Before shipping: You can request a full refund within 48 hours.
• After shipping: Returns are accepted if the watch remains in original, resaleable condition.
• DIY custom watches are non-refundable, unless there are significant quality issues.
How does the lifetime free repair service work?
All our watches include lifetime free repair service. You only cover shipping and parts; we handle the craftsmanship. Simply contact us and send your watch in — our team will restore it with care.
