Our watches have a water resistance rating of 5ATM, which means they are suitable for everyday use such as withstanding splashes or rain. However, we do not recommend wearing them for swimming or diving.
Please note that water resistance can be affected by various factors, such as an improperly secured crown, sudden impacts, or rapid temperature changes. If the watch is damaged due to prolonged water exposure, additional repair fees will be charged during the warranty service. We appreciate your understanding.
All of our watches come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers the following:
1.Movement or Battery Issues
If the watch movement or battery exhibits clear functional problems within the warranty period (e.g., the watch stops working or shows irregular timekeeping), we will provide free repair or replacement.
2.Wear and Tear on Case or Bracelet
Minor scratches and wear on the case or bracelet are considered normal. However, if you would like to have these parts polished or replaced, a service fee will be charged.
3.Exclusions Not Covered by Warranty
Damage caused by water exposure beyond the 5ATM limit (e.g., swimming or submersion).
Damage resulting from accidents, improper use, unauthorized modifications, or third-party repairs.
Cosmetic issues such as fading, discoloration, or light scratches from regular use.
⚠️ Please note: Repairs for the above issues are not covered under the warranty and will incur additional service and parts fees.
4.Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for shipping the watch to us for service. Return shipping after the repair will be covered by us.
5.Proof of Purchase and Warranty Card Required
To request warranty service, please provide your order number, purchase screenshot, and warranty card for verification.
